星巴克向泰國智慧財產權法庭提出違反商標法的指控，要求法院發布禁制令，由於譚龍堅持不撤掉商標，星巴克上周又提出另1項指控，要求「Starbung」每年賠償30萬泰銖（約合新台幣28.5萬元）外加7.5%利息。 星巴克也要求譚龍月付3萬泰銖加法律費（legal fee）。
